JOAN Lunden won’t say if she is biologically connected to her newborn twins to a surrogate – but that her husband, Jeff Konigsberg, is the biological father. “I’m not going on record as saying anything,” Lunden says when asked by Barbara Walters in an interview airing tonight (10 p.m.) on “20/20.“
